ScanVault is made by True North Interactive. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use our apps and this website.

Your collection stays on your device

The cards you scan, your photos, prices, and settings are stored only in the app's storage on your phone. ScanVault has no user accounts, and we do not collect, receive, or sell your personal information.

Camera and photos

The camera is used only when you scan a card or choose a photo. Card text is read on your device, and lookups send that text (for example a card name or number) to public card databases to find the card and its prices. Your photos themselves are not uploaded to us.

Third-party data

Card details and prices come from public sources including TCGdex, the Pokémon TCG API, YGOPRODeck, Scryfall, the One Piece Card Game API, the Lorcana API, and PriceCharting. Those services receive the search terms needed to answer your lookup, the same way visiting their websites would.

Links out

Some buttons open outside websites, such as eBay. As an eBay Partner we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. Once you leave the app, the other site's privacy policy applies.

No ads and no trackers

ScanVault does not show ads and does not include analytics or advertising trackers. This website is a static page with no forms, no accounts, and no tracking.

Deleting your data

You can remove cards inside the app at any time. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored.
